The PLS-b17 boasts the features and settings of a “real” binder in a package and price designed for the short run industry. The PLS-b17 features electronic book settings and functionality for hard cover, soft cover, lay flat, perfect, padding and many other applications. Don't let all of the features and functions of this machine intimidate you, there is a practical interface using familiar tactile buttons and switches for nearly all of the operations of the machine. The controls on the PLS-b17 are very easy to use and eliminates complicated menus and sub-menus. The bind quality of the PLS-b17 is brought to perfection by the implementation of systems and techniques found only in binding equipment costing tens of thousands more. The PLS-b17 is equally suited for hard cover books. It is designed and programmed for operation utilizing nonpropriatary materials. Utilizing the power of digital control, the PLS-b17 allows for perfect and repeated setup and is capable of worry free, repeated and accurate binds, book after book.
